MJ Metriza develops software for data acquisition and processing in industrial quality control and physical testing.
02.1 · Equipment
Dimensional inspection fixtures that simulate the final assembly of the part and position it in the reference coordinate system.
A digital indicator then gives the deviation of the part from its nominal value.
02.2 · Software
The software collects the values measured on the indicator and presents the result intuitively through colour coding: green for values within tolerance and red for values out of tolerance.
The operator defines the measuring sequence, and the on-screen image helps them take each value in the correct position.
02.3 · Equipment
This equipment carries out mechanical strength tests to characterise the physical properties of materials, such as breaking strength and elastic deformation.
In many cases, specific needs call for custom control and data acquisition software to run the tests and calculate the parameters that characterise the materials tested.
